Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)
DOAJ is a community-curated online directory that indexes and provides access to high quality, open access, peer-reviewed journals. DOAJ is independent. All funding is via donations, 18% of which comes from sponsors and 82% from members and publisher members. All DOAJ services are free of charge including being indexed in DOAJ. All data is freely available.

ERIC
Provides a comprehensive, easy-to-use, searchable Internet-based bibliographic and full-text database of education research and information. Includes bibliographic records (citations, abstracts, and other pertinent data) for more than 1.4 million items indexed since 1966, including: journal articles, books, research syntheses, conference papers, technical reports, policy papers, and other education related materials. Currently, more than 650 journals are indexed in ERIC either comprehensively (full content) or selectively (articles that are education-related). Medline Plus
